Do you ever wonder why things happen?
I do.
I’m learning to trust that everything happens for a reason, and that it will all work out for my ultimate good. It’s an interesting process.
As a series of events unfolded in my life post brain-hemorrhage, I would sometimes say to myself, “Oh, so that’s why this happened,” or “Okay, this must be the reason for it all.”
I am beginning to think I may never know the entirety of it. By nearly losing my life, I have met people I never would have otherwise met, at the seemingly perfect moment. I have had challenges and frustrations and laughs and opportunities I could not have otherwise imagined. And more unfold as I go along.
It boggles the mind really, the way we affect each other’s lives on this little planet. I am becoming increasingly aware of the impact of my words and actions, on those both near and far. What an amazing world.
I am thankful to remain in it, and to have you in it with me.
Namaste
